Reliability: Tendency to behave in an uncompromising and consistently honest, moral, and ethical manner.

Compliance: The degree to which an individual is willing to follow policies, external controls and supervision, and to work within the rules.

Acumen: Tendency to use logic and objective information in decision-making process.

This position calls for people that display this trait differently than most people. The ideal candidate prefers to base their decisions on factual information rather than intuition.

Tact: Tendency to consider the feelings of others when communicating.

A Registered Nurse display this trait more prominently than most people. The ideal candidate often masks their true feelings when they are expressing themself to others in order to avoid interpersonal conflict.

Compassion: Willingness and ability to identify with, or vicariously experience, the feelings and emotions of others.
